We welcome you in our carefully-equipped apartments in the heart of Triglav National Park. While building the apartments in the Soča Valley, our main goal was to align the exterior with the interior. We wanted to make our apartments match the breath-taking surroundings, and we achieved this end with a carefully crafted interior. We searched numerous antique shops to find pieces that we know you’ll enjoy. The result is a convenient, modern home that is visually connected to the old days and their rich history.

If we equipped apartment DOMI to match the view, we equipped apartment PETRA to match its history, using raw materials, thick wood, and rustic charm. These were our guidelines while we kept a constant focus on creating a home away from home in the stunning Triglav National Park.

We are Tjaž and Petra. We welcome you to our home in village Soča. The house you’ll soon call a home away from home, is a traditional house for this region. This was home to Petra’s family since being built. This magical house stood through bloody battles of the First World War. It provided a shelter and a pit shop during the Second World War. “The tooth of time” curved it’s tax into the house. Which became visible during the first earthquake in 1998. It’s magnitude of 5,7, created creeks in the walls. A lot of houses in Lepena had to be demolished or rebuilt. But not our magic house! It confidently stood with all it’s creeks. Until the year 2004, when another devastating earthquake came. Soon we realized we have to restore the house. And we decided to create the fairytale the surroundings are calling for.
What is near
The stay in our apartments will reward you with unspoiled nature just a step away from your home. The highlight is the proximity to the Great Soča Gorge. But this is not all. The famous Soča trail nearly passes our house! Either choose the direction towards Bovec, or Trenta where the Soča source is. If you need some groceries, the Soča trail will lead you on the most beautiful walk to the store you’ll ever experience! Make sure to visit the waterfalls in Šunik’s water grove. A water temple with beneficial energy effects. Maybe take a hike to Lemovje or Lake Krn.
We could go on and on about the things you can enjoy in the area, there is always a 360 view after all! Visit us and discover the landscape by yourself!
